Systems Integrator with work in a manufacturing environment to collect and organize machine and sensor data. Install and configure middleware software and appliances to collect pertinent data and serialize it to be sent to it's destination. Responsibilities will include working with business division's Production Engineers to integrate their production machines, computers, and sensors to internal IoT/OT systems.

Minimal Requirements -

Education: B.S. in Engineering Field, Electrical Preferred GPA 3.0 or better


Qualifications:
• 3 year's experience working with collecting machine and sensor data.
• Experience programming Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Experience interfacing with PLCs to collect and store data.
• Ability to configure Ethernet networks incorporating PLCs, Servos, Robots, Vision Systems, etc.
• Experience with different machine protocols (Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA/DA, Ethernet-FINS, MELSEC-Net, etc).
• Good communication skills. Able to work in a team environment. Self-Driven.
Other: Must have experience in manufacturing processes, automation and/or Industrial Engineering. Strong creative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills. Must be a team player with effective interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills to clearly and professionally interact with DENSO and with external organizations. Willingness to travel when required.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Requirements -
Education: B.S. in Engineering Field, Electrical Preferred GPA 3.4 or higher.
Work Experience.:
• 5 plus year's experience collecting and reporting machine and sensor data.
• Experience with a wide variety of PLCs including OMRON, Yaskawa, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi.
• Ability to configure machine networks including Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, CC-Link, DH , DH485, ControlNet, etc. Experience configuring middleware platforms/appliances for machine data collection (KepServer EX, deviceWISE, Maple Systems, etc).
• Experience with data serialization (JSON, XML, etc).
• Experience with MES systems.
• Experience with different IT communication protocols (MQTT, REST, API, etc).
• Other: Experience/knowledge in software engineering practices and programming languages (C, C#, Golang, Python, Java, etc). Knowledge of networking (OSI model, VLANS, etc).
