Machine Operator 2nd & 3rd Shift

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Operation of highly automated production equipment
  • Minor troubleshooting
  • Set-up & Changeover
  • Maintain check sheets
  • Perform scheduled quality checks
  • P&X Charts
  • Shipping - Audit customer/supplier shipment and load/unload


Minimum Qualifications for Machine Operator:
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Two (2) Plus years manufacturing experience which includes multi-machine operation, mechanical troubleshooting and minor repair (Formal Technical Education/Training can substitute experience)
  • Ability to perform at fast cycle times while maintaining safety and quality.
  • Must have general knowledge of machine repair
  • Ability to work daily and / or weekend overtime
  • Able to read, compute, interpret, construct and maintain charts, records, log books and graphs.
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be able to read and interpret manuals and perform basic math with a calculator.
