Manager, Engineering (Instrument Clusters)

Manages the operational and personnel activities of the assigned area. Collaborates with internal and external customers, suppliers and affiliates in resolving problems/issues arising from daily operations.

  • Electronic Design Manager responsible for defining electronic hardware for Automotive Industry.
  • Analyze and adhere to internal & external specifications, requirements, regulations and industry standards.
  • Perform details analog & digital circuit design utilizing CAD software, create drawing & confirm design.
  • Conduct worst case analysis & design FMEA to assess the hardware functionality and continuously improve it.
  • Create product testing requirements, analyze the results and improve the design.
  • Monitor and complete goals according to project schedule
  • Support development of the supply base for prototype and mass production parts.
  • Become FuSa (Functional Safety) specialist and support FuSa activity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BSEE
  • 5 – 7 years of Hardware Design Experience


  • Previous Automotive Experience
  • Management Experience
