Fast-Pace Assembly Production Associate

Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
  • Assembly of automotive parts
  • Visual inspection
  • Operates electric air-driver
  • Completes daily reports
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment
  • Receive training to run any and all aspects of the production line when necessary
  • Perform all work safely, following all safety procedures
  • Identify and resolves problems
  • Support Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities, train new team members, take all steps necessary to meet the customer's needs

Physical and Environmental Demands:
  • Repetitive lifting up to 35 pounds
  • Bending
  • Twisting
  • Repetitive gripping with hands
  • Standing for prolonged hours (8-12 hours)
  • Ability to work overtime including potentially weekend overtime
  • Comfortable working in an environment with temperature extreme and loud noises


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience working in manufacturing environment
  • Ability to pass a hands-on dexterity assessment if selected for final assembly area
