Responsible for Die Cast Production Line. Additional responsibilities may include aluminum cutting.

Manage multiple projects of varying scope. Responsibilities include scheduling, budget, installation, and confirmation.

Must prepare specifications for: 1) new machinery and equipment 2) new production lines 3) modification of existing equipment 4) die cast dies 5) trimming dies

Coordinate line preparation for new product introductions.

Design processes to meet customer and internal

requirements for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Cooperate with all involved departments in quality improvement activities.

Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance for new technologies introduced to the processes as well as existing technologies.

Troubleshoot process machine and die'


Introduction of new technology to improve competitiveness and quality for responsible processes.


Support machine overhaul projects during regularly scheduled shut downs.


Coordinate activities with outside contractors and equipment suppliers


Read and make die drawings


Responsible for understanding and review of product drawings

International Travel

BS in Engineering from accredited Engineering Program

Minimum of 3 Yrs Experience in Die Casting, Molding, or Aluminum Cutting
Experience with die cast or injection molding dies
